Game Day Operations
Coordinate with management staff to facilitate operations on game days and serve as liaison for referees, production crew and visiting teams. Will coordinate and collaborate with Organization Staff, Community Relations and Social Media Interns.
Specific tasks may include
- Coordinate volunteers for set up, break down, ticketing, merchandise sales and other needs for operating games
- Coordinate volunteers for Stats Table crew
- Coordinate with Community Relations intern for in game activities
- Coordinate vendor set up and break down
Begins January: 5-10 hrs/wk Jan – Feb; min 30 hrs/wk Mar – Jun
